Payment & Deposit Policy 
 

Payment Due
All payments are due within 7 days of receiving your email invoice, after this a late fee may apply. You will receive the email invoice within 72 hours of work completion.

 

Acceptable Methods of Payment
We accept (ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS) (PAYPAL), checks, money orders ,wire transfers and cashiers checks.


Personal or Business Checks
We will hold all items paid for with a personal or business check for 10 days after the date of deposit. If you need your item(s) released for shipping or available for pick-up sooner, please choose another payment method. There is a $30 returned check fee.

Sales Tax
All items picked up at our location or shipped to a Huntsville address are subject to Huntsville 8% Sales Tax. You must fully execute and sign a (Alabama) Certificate of Resale to be exempt (in person or by fax).

International Payments
International customers may pay by  CREDIT CARD or by Wire Transfer. No checks or money orders drawn on foreign banks will be accepted.

 

Deposit Required

For jobs with a quote of under $500, an initial payment representing one-half of the total fee is required prior to work beginning. The remaining fee is due upon completion of the job.

 

For projects with a quote of over $500, an initial payment representing one-third of the estimated total fee is required. The second one-third is billable upon the halfway point or second phase of the project, with the final third due upon completion of the project.
